s/Mall Talk Exhibition. Toronto, 2023
Abouts/Mall Talk is a research project gathering people’s memories and connection to malls. Prompt cards invited participants to share a memory or an idea of what the future of the mall could be. Inspired by Eames House of Cards, these memories and ideas stacked together, forming new connections and and patterns based on the conversations we facilitated.
The exhibition showcased the result of these collections and provided a platform for people to reflect on the role of malls in their lives, specifically the ever changing nature of retail and communiities spaces. In collaboration with Made Manifest and Designwith for Cadillac Fairview.
